Am I the only one not excited about the movie?

I'm both excited and dreading the idea of the Twilight movie.
I like Twilight too much to have it stained by someone acting a character, and not looking like how I imagined them.
I can't decide whether to see it or not, either way it comes out.

But, to make some acting suggestions, I'd say Danielle Panabaker would make a good Bella, like Stephenie said on her website.
I'm not sure about her choice of Edward, though...
That's just what I think, though. Nothing against everyone who's jumping off the walls in excitement for the movie.

Smae here with the response, I personally frown upon the idea of making a beloved book, into a low-budget piece of crap movie. Me, for Bella, I liked the idea of Emily Browning as Bella, though I have said it once, I will say it twice, the guy I would like for Edward's part (even though he isn't an actor) is

oh my god i want it to become a movie.so badly but i want Stephenie Meyer to have a say so in who gets to play the parts . Because it was her book. the book was so good i read it in 2 days.

Actually, she doesn't have much of a say in who's who. She mentioned it in her web site... But, I'm sooo excited for the movie! If they end up getting it done... And I can't really imagine Edward looking like that, sorry.

Awww, and thats's how I imagined him even before Stephanie descibe him. But still, Like you said, since you can't imagine how I imagined him, you really can't cast just ONE Edward Cullen for the movie, without some fans being disappointed. They're better off hiring Stephanie to cast the parts, so that fans can't argue with her. I wish.

ugg i dont want to see the movie. they obviously could NEVER make it as good as the book and i mean really no one looks like Edward is supposed to or any of the Cullens

I actually agree. I really can't imagine Edward as well as what Stephenie saw in her 'dream.' Danielle can play the part as Bella, because that's how I actually imagined her as. Heh, I don't see how the cast can find anyone who can act, and look as good as Stephenie imagined as the Cullens.

I'm... I don't know. I'm not thrilled with the idea. I'd see it if it came out, but I'd probably be very disappointed. Twilight was an amazing book and I don't think any movie could do it justice.

i want to see it as a movie but it would just mess it up. I mean when has any movie been better than the book? No one could fill the part of Edward, come on they must be dreaming. But if they had to choose one, i dont think it should be Henry
